Sea Recruit (Ratings, Cooks & Stewards) Sea Recruit (Ratings, Cooks & Stewards) is a service which allows qualified Integrated Ratings, Cooks, Stewards, Caterers, Able Seaman and Deckhands to create an online profile containing their work history and qualifications. This information is then available for over 20 employers to view so that they can contact individuals who are seeking employment as opportunities arise.
Sea Recruit (Officers) Sea Recruit (Officers) is a service which allows qualified Deck Officers and Engine Officers to create an online profile containing their work history and qualifications. This information is then available for employers to view so they can contact individuals who are seeking employment as opportunities arise.  PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must hold a minimum Deck or Engine Watchkeeper certificate of competency to be listed on this service.
Sea Study Sea Study is a service that seeks to link students and prospective students with companies that can assist in providing the required seatime in order to gain qualifications as a Deck Officer, Engine Officer or Integrated Rating. The service allows prospective students to express interest in acquiring sponsorship from ASA Member companies and Sea Study subscribers (for a list of ASA Member companies, click here).  The service also acts as a tool for self-funded students seeking seatime in order to complete their qualifications. Employers use the Sea Study service to source potential cadets and to assist self-funded students to acquire seatime/work experience.
